In general
They are valid for customers whose seat/residence is located in the territory of the Republic of Croatia. Any adult and able-bodied person who accepts the terms of sale can become a buyer, which is confirmed by ordering the items. The buyer confirms acceptance of the conditions of sale by ordering items via the webshop. The purchase contract process becomes valid after receipt of the shipment. We reserve the right to make incorrect statements. All prices are gross (including VAT) and expressed in kuna. Any use of the website is subject to the terms and conditions below. Goods are sold on the understanding that they will be used for their intended purpose. The seller will not accept responsibility for the used or misused use of cosmetics, equipment or accessories by trained or untrained personnel without qualified supervision.

Salon Premium is a registered trademark of Sava trgovina doo, and therefore all rights in relation to this trademark are expressly reserved. Unless otherwise stated, all other trademarks that appear in the Salon Premium system are the intellectual property of their respective owners.
The right to change the content
We reserve the right to change the content of the website in any way, at any time and for any reason and will not be responsible for any possible consequences arising from such changes. We respect the privacy of visitors to our website and will only collect personal data through voluntary registration such as name, address, social security number, mobile phone number, phone number or e-mail address. Prices
MPC and VPC prices are shown with VAT. VPC prices are intended exclusively for legal entities engaged in hairdressing, for which it is necessary to first go through the approval process through registration. For some products, the price is not shown because it is necessary to be registered as a wholesale customer (hair salon). Prices are subject to change without notice.
Payment
The Seller offers the Buyer various payment options, namely: online, cash, via transaction account, operational leasing of furniture and equipment, payment via credit and debit cards (one-time payment, multiple interest-free payments and payment via consumer loans).
Return or exchange of goods
The customer has the right to a return within 14 days if the ordered item does not correspond to the description of the ordered product or if he simply wants to return the item for no particular reason. When returning the ordered product as not desired or not suitable, the Customer bears the cost of the return. Refund requests are received in writing to:

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN OF GOODS
When returning the product, make sure that the product is in its original packaging without defects and damage, unused, otherwise the return will not be accepted.
The product must be packed in additional packaging (e.g. transport box) with appropriate mechanical insulation (e.g. (stretch film or additional cardboard) in order to avoid damage to the product during transport. Possible damage that may occur during transport is at the risk and expense of the Buyer .

Warranty and complaint
The warranty is valid for 12 months for professional use or 24 months for personal use from the date of purchase. Any transport costs, with prior written approval by Salon Premium, in connection with a product complaint, which arise during the repair of the product or when it is replaced with a new product, are borne by us, provided that the transport is carried out by public transport, and by postal, railway or ship's price list. The product must be packed in packaging with adequate mechanical insulation to avoid damage during transport. Possible damages that may occur during transportation are at the risk and expense of the customer. It is necessary to have a warranty card and a copy of the invoice. Complaints are received in writing to the e-mail: info@salonpremium.com or at Salon Premium, Zavrtnica 17, 10000 Zagreb. The seller is obliged to repair or replace the product within 45 days from the date of receipt of the written complaint to the customer. When returning the product, it must be packed in the original packaging with appropriate mechanical insulation.
Termination of business relationship
Salon Premium may terminate the business relationship with any of its end users at any time. Salon Premium reserves the right to immediately terminate any passwords or user accounts of the end user in the event of any behavior by the end user that Salon Premium , in its discretion, considers unacceptable, as well as in any case of non-compliance with these Terms by the end user.
Unilateral termination of the contract
The end user has the right to terminate the contract in accordance with Art. 72 of the Consumer Protection Act and the term for termination. Download the contract termination form here .
Notice to consumers on the method of submitting written complaints
Pursuant to Article 10 of the Law on Consumer Protection (Order Nov., No. 41/14), we inform consumers that they can express their dissatisfaction with the purchased product or service by submitting a complaint in writing, and we will confirm receipt of the complaint in writing without delay.

Orders and deliveries
We send the ordered goods upon payment to the address marked as the delivery address. The goods that have been received must be inspected at the time of delivery and all claims for observed deficiencies or damages must be reported immediately upon receipt of the goods, no later than within 1 working day.
The seller in good faith wants to deliver the goods within 24 hours or the next working day from the moment of receiving the order, but in individual cases, due to high demand, it is possible that some of the ordered products cannot be delivered, that is, that some of the products from the offer are completely or partially sold out. In the case of sold-out products, the Customer will be notified by phone or fax, e-mail or SMS. Also, in individual cases, delivery to the customer may be delayed due to the logistics and distribution organization of the courier service, which we cannot influence. For customers located on the islands, the package delivery schedule to the islands will apply. The seller cannot influence the regulation on the provision of logistics services by the courier service. Salon Premium reserves the right to change the minimum order value for free delivery without prior notice.

Statement of conversion
For customers who have a place of residence or place of residence, i.e. headquarters outside the Republic of Croatia and pay in a currency other than the Croatian kuna (HRK), all payments will be made in Croatian kuna (HRK), and the amount for which the credit card will be charged is obtained through price conversion from euros (€) to Croatian kuna (HRK) according to the valid exchange rate list of the Croatian National Bank. When charging with a credit card, the same amount is converted into local currency according to the valid exchange rate list of the association of cardholders. As a result of the price conversion, there is a possibility of a small difference in the amount compared to the original price displayed on our website.
Rejected card
If the system rejects the card when authorizing the card through CorvusPay, try choosing another payment method. If you want to pay exclusively by credit or debit card, and the system does not allow it - contact us at 072-101-101.
Package delivery
We send the ordered goods upon payment to the address marked as the delivery address. The goods that have been received must be inspected at the time of delivery and all claims for observed deficiencies or damages must be reported to the Seller immediately upon receipt of the goods, no later than within 1 working day.
The seller in good faith wants to deliver the goods within 24 hours or the next working day from the moment of receiving the order, but in individual cases, due to high demand, it is possible that some of the ordered products cannot be delivered, that is, that some of the products from the offer are completely or partially sold out. In the case of sold-out products, the Customer will be notified by phone or fax, e-mail or SMS. Also, in individual cases, delivery to the Buyer may be delayed due to the logistics and distribution organization of the courier service, which the Seller cannot influence. All orders received by 3:00 p.m. will be processed and delivered on the first following business day. If the Customer wants it delivered on a non-working day (Saturday), he will be charged an additional delivery cost in accordance with the price list of the courier service (only valid for certain locations). For Customers located on the islands, the schedule for delivering packages to the islands will be applied. The seller cannot influence the regulation on the provision of logistics services by the courier service.
Delivery of equipment
The goods are delivered according to parity FCO Seller's Warehouse-Zagreb or if not stated otherwise in the offer. The goods will be packed in wooden and/or cardboard boxes, which is included in the price. Products that are not packed are, in any case, packed with protective bubble wrap. If there are no specific instructions, the products will be packed in cardboard boxes, which applies to recliners, armchairs, visors, reception desks and complementary products, and head washers in cardboard reinforced pallets or wooden crates. Furniture and work equipment will be packed in wooden or cardboard boxes.
Return or exchange of goods
The customer has the right to a refund within 14 days if the ordered item does not match the description of the ordered product. Refund requests are received in writing to the e-mail address: info@salonpremium.com or at Salon Premium, Zavrtnica 17, 10000 Zagreb. The seller reserves the right of discretion as to whether or not to comply with the request. When returning the ordered product as not desired or not suitable, the Customer bears the cost of the return. The product must be packed in the original packaging without defects and damage, unused. If a mistake was made by the Seller or it is a mistake on the ordered product, the costs of return are borne by the Seller.
Operative leasing
It is no longer necessary to spend all your saved money to buy new hairdressing equipment or accessories!
From now on, you can easily rent hairdressing equipment; hairdressing chairs, head washes, air conditioners, sterilizers, hair dryers, irons, hair scissors, curlers...for 12 to 60 months.
The minimum value of equipment/accessories is 5,000.00 including VAT and is obtained by adding up all devices or equipment on one account.
- What are the advantages of renting?
Rents are treated in accounting as 100% expense and not as a liability. You do not reduce the liquidity and creditworthiness of your company and do not worsen the credit rating.

Simply! Documentation for credit assessment? It is not required for companies (doo or jdoo), only if you are a trade, then we only need 3 documents.
An authorized person with only the company stamp and only with an ID card chooses the equipment or accessories he wants to rent and that's it! The decision on financing is made within 2 hours for amounts up to HRK 187,500.00.
When the financing is approved, you sign the operating lease agreement (no notarization of the agreement is required) and pick up the accessories/equipment immediately or when delivery is arranged.
